It is unbelievably upsetting when a client books me and my employees’ time, only to cancel last minute and refuse to pay 50% as stated in our contract.
Recently we booked care for 2 weeks (7/4-7/18)
The client booked this in early May. Upon reaching out for start time on 6/30, they said they needed to cancel. We had turned down many requests from other clients during this time because they had booked these highly sought after dates. This cancellation takes a great deal away from my employees.
Due to this, we will be requesting 50% non-refundable deposits for all booked care moving forward.

With the New Year comes a new Main Line K9.
This year-2024-we are aiming to become better than ever, with a completely new look, more employees, a fresh start on social media, and new behind the scenes methods!
We cannot wait to see what this year brings us. From new clients, friendships, and fur babies, we hope to continue satisfying our customers with Peace of Mind!

It’s official! We have hired a new part time employee who will be working middays, which means we have a very open midday schedule to fill! Any Main Line K9 referrals will be greatly appreciated!
Please welcome Amir, who has been my closest friend since high school. Jymal, Amir, and I have been inseparable since then, and we are so happy to have him join the team!
We are thrilled to be able to start expanding and offering our services to more incredible pet owners. We have hated having to turn down new clients due to full schedules, but finally we can accommodate more!
We cannot wait for our current and new clients to meet Amir!
Hello Main Line K9 Family,
I wanted to make this post as a sincere apology and thank you to all of my clients, family, and friends. As some of you may know I have been dealing with an incredibly difficult personal and medical emergency. Everyday has been getting better, but I have been incredibly absent from the business I care so much about. I am currently on a healing journey and transition into a new chapter of my life, one I wasn’t prepared for.
While all of this has been going on, my clients, family, and friends have been there for me in ways I do not believe I could ever deserve. Thank you for continuing to use our services and for your patience with my absence.
I promise you all that I am now working harder than ever to make Main Line K9 the most trustworthy and professional company across all types of pet care.
Once again, I am so sorry for my absence.
And I cannot thank you all enough for your kindness, understanding, and patience.
