This week's Note to Self is part 1 of an excerpt from the book study we launched this week. It simply might provide some practical ideas on how to make Servant (Resolved) Leadership part of your culture at work, home, and in social settings. This week it applies some practical thoughts to our work environment.

Self-Awareness

Our ability to objectively and correctly see ourselves is the key to appropriately responding to others, truly in LEADING others. This is the first core element in our Resolved Leader model. Self-awareness is borne from an intentionally humble spirit and willingness to always be in a growth mode; when we are in growth mode we are helping those in our influence grow also.
