About Me: “I started running to deal with stress, and then I discovered the joy of running with friends and the excitement of race days. I used to train with my kids— me trying to keep up with them on their bicycles. Now they have also discovered the exhilaration of race day, and it has been my pleasure to run with them and help them reach their goals. I also enjoy introducing others to the running community and cheering on my fellow runners.”
