Caramelized Pineapple and fresh whipped cream tucked between 2 layers of vanilla cake topped with whipped cream, toasted coconut, and pineapple drizzle!

I have one ready for pick up!

Next Saturday is Pi(e) Day!!

I took those beautiful cacao nibs that were used to make Glen Echo Brewing Chocolate Milk Stout and put them in a brownie!

Peanut Butter Crunch Brownies!
Brownie, Peanut Butter Filling, Cacao Nibs, topped with Chocolate Ganache.

Gluten Free version coming this afternoon!

I love collaborating with my fellow Downtown businesses! Glen Echo Brewing gave me these fabulous cacao nibs that were used to make their Chocolate Milk Stout!

Today I am roasting all that delicious flavor.
