I get asked a lot how I got into Pelvic & Women’s Health.
I took my first Intro Course in 2014 🤯
This week I was asked by a patients what makes me love what I do so much.
I had written this a few years ago as Treko Wellness was in the early Dream stages. It still stands so true.
Empowering Women is My Passion!
I hope if you have had the opportunity to be in my treatment room that Empowered is how you have felt.

Just like that one week with my little man is down in the books.

This is her new normal now. . . .mommy is always feeding baby brother..

& in all honesty this is what most of the first week has looked like. L R 🤱🏼 Repeat.
“My very hungry hungry little hippo” is what I say.

Man those first few days and weeks can be so hard, emotional and overwhelming. 😭
