Found a cool photo of a guy running away from police out of a building. Being a photographer on a beat in the 40s and 50s must have been dangerous and exciting. LIFE magazine was filled with real chaos - but on the next page, ads for Big Juicy Steaks. That’s what was written in the best red cursive font. I did a tape transfer of the text around the guy running for his life. Just went with it. ✂️

Tuesday’s studio output. Albert. Mixed media collage using tape transfers on vintage magazines and chemistry transparencies. Adding the little bits of texture to build out the vibe and composition is quite satisfying.
