This week we stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Somerville and Worcester. It’s easy to see why so many people love this place.

Known for their made-to-order smoothies made with real fruits and vegetables, Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a refreshing alternative when you’re looking for something quick, delicious, and a little healthier.

My personal favorite? The Mango Monsoon smoothie. 🥭

But they’re more than just smoothies. Their menu includes toasted wraps, sandwiches, quesadillas, flatbreads, snack rolls, and more, making it a great stop whether you’re grabbing breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon pick-me-up.

If you’re in the Boston or Worcester area and looking for a tasty meal or refreshing smoothie, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.

On Tuesday we asked you: What is a self sufficiency test?

The correct answer was C - determines whether rental income can cover the property's expenses.

But, the wording was a little tricky!

For an FHA loan on a 3–4 unit property, the property must pass the self-sufficiency test. This means 75% of the projected rental income from the units must be equal to or greater than the monthly mortgage payment (including principal, interest, taxes, insurance).

🌍 World Tour Wednesday is back — Summer Edition ☀️

This season we’re switching it up a bit.

Instead of only restaurants, we’re expanding World Tour Wednesday to feature some of the best outdoor spots across Massachusetts and New Hampshire — hiking trails, state parks, fishing spots, historical landmarks, and hidden gems worth exploring.

To kick it off, Courtney headed to Peaked Mountain in Monson, MA 🥾

A peaceful, scenic hike with incredible views at the summit and the kind of quiet you don’t always find in everyday life. It’s a reminder of just how much beauty there is right here in our own backyard.

We’re excited for this next chapter of the series and can’t wait to show you more of what New England has to offer this summer.
