After five months in a hospital and rehabilitation facility, Chris Syria came home with one clear goal: stay there.

For Chris, home means freedom, independence, and living life on his own terms. With the support of VNA Care's nurses and other clinicians, he's been able to continue doing just that after a life-threatening illness and a long recovery.

"VNA Care's clinicians are my support system... They give me confidence to be at home," said Chris.

From wound care to helping Chris secure a new wheelchair, our home health care team has been there every step of the way, providing not only expert clinical care, but reassurance, advocacy, and compassion.

📣New Free Blood Pressure Clinic for Older Adults!

We are pleased to offer a free monthly Blood Pressure Clinic at the Worcester Senior Center beginning July 9.

Stop by to meet with one of our registered nurses on the second Thursday of each month from 10 to 11 am. No appointment is necessary.

Supporting the health and independence of older adults is at the heart of our mission, and we look forward to seeing you there.
