Community First AFC Program

If you help care for a parent, sibling, or loved one at home, Adult Foster Care may provide financial support through MassHealth.

This program helps families who assist with daily activities like:
• bathing
• dressing
• eating
• mobility
• supervision

Many people think nursing homes are the only option — they’re not. You may qualify to keep your loved one safely at home while receiving support from nurses and case managers.
