We currently already home and feature businesses that offer the following services, therefore not available: Spray tans, teeth whitening, face + body waxing, hair braiding, wig creation + installation and weave installation.

Applicants are required to be a registered business (LLC, Sole Prop. or other) and carry general liability insurance.

• Brand new flooring + fresh paint
• 9' x 12' = 108 sq ft.
• Sink in room.
• The following is included in rent - use of common waiting area + restroom, use of common "break closet" including refrigerator, freezer, microwave + toaster oven, Wi-Fi and parking lot. Water utility included.

Renter responsible for other utilities (gas + electric) - billed monthly in a proportional share of space.
