We are all super excited to start our first Cipher Women's Self Defense class tomorrow at 9. Each person will receive a binder with very detailed information containing a theme for each week with some stats and information, then details on the techniques being worked with space to write notes. This is going to be AWESOME!

Cipher MMA is starting a Women’s Self-Defense Class on Saturday mornings! Learn practical techniques you can use in real-world situations.

We’ve run similar classes at our church with great turnout and amazing feedback – women left feeling empowered and ready.
