Building 801

We are excited to announce a big change to Building 801. As of December 1st of 2023, we will be turning the downstairs over to a new tenant who is bringing an exciting clothing boutique to downtown Woodward. Building 801 has hosted 143 events since April of 2020, celebrating milestones for many and for the last year we have been searching for the right tenant, privately, who will appreciate the building while also providing a great shopping experience for Woodward. We believe we have found that and look forward to hosting the grand opening in the coming month. We are saddened that we will not get to host more wonderful events, but we know this is the best decision as an investment and for this time in our lives.
