Carmichael Development is on site at Victory Landing in Atlanta, GA, serving as the sitework contractor for a new 150,000 SF warehouse building with Evans GC.

Our scope includes mass grading, erosion control, storm drainage, and the installation of water and sewer utilities. Across the site, that means roughly 68,000 CY of dirt being moved and around 8,000 LF of pipe being installed.

Right now, our team is focused on installing storm drainage throughout the site while wrapping up the remaining mass grading operations. As the retaining wall subcontractor begins their work, coordination becomes a key part of keeping the underground utilities moving efficiently and safely in the same work areas.

This is the kind of sitework that takes planning, communication, and a crew that knows how to adapt when conditions change.
