So I know I've been absent on this page (changes coming, I promise!) but I had to share this. During the production of some amazing , I accidentally poured just-stopped-boiling-water on my left hand. Seriously. Water was still steaming. I almost fell out. I held on to the measuring cup like a champ, tho! Anyway. My hand swelled up, it turned red, my fingers looked like . I put my on, and the pain almost disappeared completely. Real talk. It's not just for muscles, everyone! I have a few left, so let me know if you're in need :-) It is the season of sunburns!
