Hello everyone! To all of our new followers, welcome🤗 This message is coming from Sofia. I’ve been in real estate for about 1.5 years now, got into the game when I was pregnant, had my first baby in the midst of it all & had a pretty successful first year in 2021 bringing in almost $4 Million in sales & getting Rookie of the Year with the best brokerage EVER 😬💪🏽 I am licensed as a real estate agent in Virginia AND Maryland. Now I’ve been taking the time to learn about the investing side of real estate along with my husband so we can build generational wealth and be involved in all aspects of this industry. Although I’m considered a newbie in this game, I can promise you I’m dedicated and cut out for this. Being responsive, having good work ethic, building rapport with different professionals in the industry, and going hard for my clients is why I’ve been successful when most agents don’t make it past their first year. Having already run my own successful fitness business for years now, I have a service based and entrepreneurial background. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for about 15 years and created & trademarked my own fitness class Glute Camp®️. Before then, I was in the medical/clinical field working with heart, diabetic and cancer patients. I double majored in Kinesiology and Psychology and got my masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology, all from The University of Virginia . Never did I imagine 10+ years ago I would be running 3 businesses, in the real estate and fitness & health industries. All while being a mom and wife plus managing all life’s obstacles.
