I grew up right across Old Plank Road from Salem Church, in front of Mclaws line facing Newton. Needless to say, we were able to find a ton of stuff detecting as kids.

The Battle of Chancellorsville ends on May 6, 1863, with the withdrawal of the Army of the Potomac across the Rappahannock.

Federal commander MG Joseph Ho**er ordered the withdrawal following 7-days of fighting that saw both armies suffer heavy casualties. George Meade’s V Corps provided the rearguard. Meade would succeed Ho**er as commander of the Army of the Potomac on June 28.

Federal losses at Chancellorsville were 17,287 (1,606 killed, 9,762 wounded, 6,919 captured or missing), approximately 13% of the 133,868 present for duty on April 30, 1863.

Confederate losses at Chancellorsville were 12,764 (1,665 killed, 9,081 wounded, 2,018 captured or missing), approximately 21% of the 60,298 present in Army of Northern Virginia at the beginning of the battle.

Plan to throw a cheap optic on the 9mm and take it out this week. CT makes you pin the QD, so it's basically just a range toy. I need a suppressed .22 plinker and have been eyeing on the R***r 22/45 Lite. I can shoot that on the indoor range with no hearing needed and an endless supply of .22.
