•warm up to activate my weak glute medius 😭
•single leg hip thrust on bench with DB
•plate hops: front and side
•power step ups with oblique twist
•Bulgarian split squat jumps
•hamstring curls on the TRX
•pistol squats
•sled push and wall ball finisher
•Interval threshold run
