Badger State Staffing has open positions for General Laborer. First shift openings are available. Some overtime may be required. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting would be helpful, but willing to Train! These are 90-day temp to hire positions with full benefits, wage increase, and many incentive programs offered after probationary period. Indoor, full time, and year-round opportunities!

Job Duties:
Operating hand and power tools of all types.
Keeping work area picked up.
Must follow all safety rules and procedures.
Lifting up to 50 lbs +.
Able to stand, bend/twist for 10 hours per day.

Skills:
· Able to read blueprints or willing to learn.
· Work well with others.
· Be able to communicate with co-workers.
· Ability to work overtime as needed.
· Able to read a tape measure.

Maintenance Technician

Pay: $26 Per Hour Depending on Experience

Schedule: Night Shift / 7pm – 7am / Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Job Responsibilities:
· Reviews and performs scheduled work order requests in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
· Fabricates and assembles parts to construct machinery and equipment.
· Able to repair, adjust, trouble-shoot and time food processing equipment, scales, metal detectors and case printers.
· Analyzes and makes necessary repairs of fluid power systems.
· Lays out and installs process piping, air and electrical conduit systems.
· Maintains records and work logs appropriately.
· Meets daily with other mechanics to discuss plant performance, input data and update departmental online database.

Requirements:
· Proficient in Mig and Tig welding processes and Preventative Maintenance programs.
· Knowledge of food processing equipment computer control systems.
· Must be able to safely operate a forklift, scissors lift and high reach boom lift.
· Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds.
· Must have two to five years of food processing experience.
