Ive had a few plushies come back to me with a limb that fell off or an eye that fell out.
These people told me they never brought it up because "its not my responsibility to fix it after it was sold"
I understand thats NOT my responsibility, however if this has happened to your product, PLEASE send me a message and we will figure out how to either get it fixed or completely replaced.
I want you guys to enjoy these foreverrr!
Obviously depending on the circumstances of the damage I may charge a slight fee, however most cases you will only be paying the shipping to get it back here and fixed.
I have definitely taken this as a learning curve and I will be reinforcing pieces a little more here on out.

Those of you that are waiting on orders this is for you!
First I want to say Im sprry in advance. I bormally fulfil orders within the first couple days of receiving them, depending how many current orders I already have.
However, I have been taking awhile to fill some orders and I think I owe you all an explanation.
I was trying to just ignore this and push through but it has really taken me away from my work the past few weeks.
Those that dont know, Ive always had mild carpel tunnel, from crocheting endless hours through the night as a teen and now as an adult, it has been acting a DAMN FOOL these past couple weeks yall. Hand cramping, arm pain, throbbing, the whole 9 yards.
As I am still working when I can, please be patient with me as Im hitting a slow patch. We will be quick and speedy again, but right now, Im a dang turtle, and I apologize ❤️
