Wilderness Employment

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month Diego Freire. Diego is an Attractions Supervisor and a very hard-working member of our team. He has been with Wilderness since October 2022, beginning in the Conference Center before transferring to Attractions in May 2024, where he quickly worked his way into a Supervisor role. Diego is extremely detail-oriented and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. We are excited to see what the future holds for him as he continues to grow with our team.

Congratulations to our Service Employee of the Quarter Bill Kinsman! He has consistently demonstrated improved performance and dedication over an extended period. Bill maintains excellent rapport with his colleagues, creating an environment where team members feel comfortable approaching him. He is capable of handling a significant workload independently and understands what issues to escalate to management. Additionally, he is very helpful around the office and readily assists with any tasks he can. Furthermore, he has shown a strong sense of initiative and promptly responds when assistance is requested.
