Cheeseburger or taco salad. Can’t go wrong with either.

What song instantly boosts your energy during a shift?
Whatever my Mexican coworkers decide to play. That’s usually when the energy in the kitchen is the best.

Which staff member would survive the longest on a deserted island?
Harsh*t. He is one resourceful guy. He’d figure it out.

If you could swap jobs for one day at Spring Brook, what position are you choosing?
Greenskeeper! Outside all day, a little peace and quiet… that sounds pretty good.

Favorite musician from our live entertainment lineup?
My favorite would have to be the Opry Chicks. They are scheduled to come back in July and I couldn't be more ready.

🌟 Buffalo Chicken Smasher 🌟

A fan favorite from 2019 is making its return as part of our 40 Year Anniversary Menu!

Crispy chicken tossed in buffalo sauce and piled high on your choice of a smashed tater tot base or a baked potato smashed flat. Topped with melted cheddar cheese and red onion, then served with a side of ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
