Stand Rock CrossFit

2024 Murph is in the books. What's so impressive is how our community has grown and developed. In past years, many of our athletes struggled to complete this workout, now they are killing it. Some couldn't do a pull up, now they do it with a weighted vest. Personal best are being hit every week. The dedication, the hard work and the consistency is paying off. It's a pure pleasure coaching this group.

The Stage is set for the 2023 CrossFit Garage Games. Looking forward to seeing the competition. Heats start at 9am. Stop and check out the athletes.
