Ableton 12.4 is here and I’ve been leaning more into the native plugins and some of the weirder, more interesting stuff buried in Max for Live. Constantly having to pop open a plugin window just to tweak one thing gets old fast. It’s not that it’s complicated, it’s just annoying. Death by a thousand interruptions. 🫠

2024 was a year of highs and lows. I created more music, collaborated with friends, played a lot of Smash Bros, and made some new friends. All of which I’m incredibly thankful for.
Sadly, I also lost one of my closest friends who I grew up with. Someone who understood me in a way few ever could, and maybe ever will. It’s a reminder to cherish those rare friendships. One of my favorite things my dad used to say is, “You know what’s better than making new friends? Keeping the old ones.” But, I’m comforted by the assurance that my friend is now resting in eternal peace with the Lord.
Looking ahead, I’m hoping to release more music in 2025 and put more effort into promoting it… fingers crossed, lol.
