Good evening, Fitness by Example family,
It's with a heavy heart that I have to let you know my beautiful wife, Crystal of almost 30 years has gone home to be with the Lord. I know that everyone who met her, loved her. I hope our boot camp family will be able to come. If you can't, as soon as I get the link from the church, I will send it out as this will be live streamed as well.
Her viewing and celebration of life service will be held at Northland Church, this Thursday April 3rd.
If you are able, we encourage you to wear purple or butterflies; two of her favorites.
