The beach is supposed to be relaxing... right? 🌊

Sometimes, we struggle to relax in the most relaxing environments. It can feel confusing yet it’s often because the combination of every little thing your nervous system is processing makes it challenging to chill out and be present.

The wind messing up your hair.
The sand on your skin.
The sun warming your face.
The conversation next to you.
The music from one group.
The different music from another group.
The kids playing nearby.

None of these things are inherently bad. In fact, many of them are enjoyable.
