This Lupus isn’t stopping anything. What I thought was impossible God made it happen. During my academy I had a flare and I couldn’t complete my physical portion at the time. By the Grace of God I DID IT! I been an PO going on a year now❤️

✋🏾💜With Lupus you don't look sick so if a Doctor doesn't listen to your complaints or take you seriously, get another opinion. It's your body and you know when something is wrong with it! Don't let the Doctors brush your symptoms off and make you feel like a hypochondriac. 'sUp 💜✋🏾

One thing I know about having this condition (Lupus) as well as many other conditions you need to make sure you have a STRONG support system. It is important that you as a loved one….
💜Educate yourself about the nature of lupus and the symptoms of the disease.
💜Be aware of how lupus is affecting your loved one (physically and emotionally), and pay attention to changes in symptoms or physical conditions that may suggest a flare.
💜Be open to change – living with lupus usually requires certain lifestyle adjustments.
💜Be emotionally considerate -- feelings of sadness, helplessness, and uncertainties about the future are a normal part of living with chronic illness.
