Generally at the beginning of ANY closing I'll give the borrower's an idea of how long their closing will take.

On Tuesday, I told Schandia her closing would take about 30 minutes, well it took us about 35 minutes, because she wanted to read a couple documents and as we were wrapping it up she says "That's it? People told me it was going to be all day, so I took the whole day off" No ma'am, not me.

One thing about me and my business..I take it very seriously and it's a great feeling when I hear "That was easy" "You're very efficient". I'm knowledgeable, thorough AND efficient.

I seriously am
