Community Low Vision Center

As we look ahead to the year ahead, IFB Solutions is focusing resources on our core mission—creating and sustaining jobs for people who are blind.

Starting October 1, 2025, our Community Low Vision Centers will no longer be open to the public. Low vision services will continue for IFB employees and for students in our Focus on Literacy program.

We are so grateful to everyone who visited, purchased from, or supported the centers over the years. Your support made these centers possible, and we thank you for being part of that chapter in IFB’s journey.

This Saturday, September 13 at Mayland Community College in Spruce Pine, NC, and Saturday, September 20 at Caldwell Community College in Boone, IFB Solutions is partnering with other community organizations for Vision After Helene to offer free health and vision screenings to community residents.
