Humans are the primary source of novel innovation, and innovation grows when people have space to learn, collaborate, and challenge ideas together. That’s what the is all about.

Last week, Inmar’s technology organization came together for a multi-day conference centered on collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Across technical sessions, hackathon challenges, and team discussions, associates explored emerging technologies, shared expertise, and exchanged ideas aimed at improving how we build and scale solutions across the business.

More than anything, the week reflected the strength of our culture — driven by curiosity, the power of we, and a collective mindset toward solving complex challenges together.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Dev Days and Hack-a-thon 2026 such a meaningful experience.

National Internship Awareness Month is wrapping up, but on the , we're just getting started.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve met an impressive group of students and are excited to welcome our 2026 Summer Intern Cohort this June. 34 interns will join teams across Winston-Salem, Chicago, and Grand Prairie—stepping into real roles, contributing to key initiatives, and collaborating across teams from day one.
