So,I had to walk home from Waterville to Winslow this morning and let me tell you I'm in pain! Last year I had back pain due to a blown out disc,the nerve pushing against my left Sciatica at that time caused me to spend several weeks in bed Feb.2022.Ive got the MRI image to prove it..as a result I have a bit of paralyzed left foot.Thats where the pain is today.That foot just slaps the pavement while walking,and getting old ain't for sissies.It will be a long time I walk that distance..lol

Yesterday marked the commencement of my radiation therapy for prostate cancer, with three more sessions scheduled over the next two weeks. I would greatly appreciate any prayers and support during this time.
