🚨 BIG NEWS, WINNEMUCCA! 🚨

We are beyond excited to unveil our newest collaboration with the Winnemucca Convention Center!

If you’ve been out to the convention center lately, you may have noticed a familiar face on the doors. 👀🐴 The Ranch Veterinary Clinic is proud to have a presence in one of the busiest and most recognizable gathering places in our community.

As a locally owned mixed-animal practice, we’ve always believed that rural veterinary medicine deserves a seat at the table. From emergency surgeries and equine care to livestock medicine and family pets, we’ve worked hard to build something special right here in northern Nevada. Seeing our clinic represented in such a visible way is a reminder of just how far we’ve come.

A huge thank you to the Winnemucca Convention Center for partnering with us and supporting local businesses.

We’re not just treating animals anymore—we’re putting rural veterinary medicine front and center. 💪

Breeding season at The Ranch Veterinary Clinic currently consists of:

• alarms set every 4 hours
•semen arriving at the most inconvenient times imaginable
•somebody driving halfway across the state at midnight
• OB l**e on every pair of jeans we own
• doctors frantically calling each other at odd hours about breeding plans
• “I THINK SHE’S ABOUT TO OVULATE”
• enough coffee to medically concern a cardiologist
•approximately 47 group messages going at all times
•….AND lots of confirmed pregnancies! 🐴🍼❤️

But honestly… we wouldn’t trade it for anything. 💛

Huge thank you to our doctors and staff who put absolutely everything into these mares, foals, and breeding cases. So much work happens behind the scenes to get a mare bred successfully and keep mares and foals healthy once they’re on the ground.

To our clients trusting us with your mares, your sleepless nights, your frozen semen shipments, your “can you just check her one more time” ultrasounds, and your emergency foaling calls — thank you for letting us be part of it all.

Now if everyone could PLEASE ovulate during normal business hours, that would be great. 🐴✨
