Cranford Elevated Apartments – Construction Update | Greeley

We’re in the final stretch at Cranford, with approximately 1–2 months remaining before completion.

Interior work is moving through final finishes and punch-out, and the units are coming together as planned. This has been a full interior rebuild, and the overall quality and consistency across the property is taking shape.

Leasing activity is underway. We’ve begun coordinating tours and are actively preleasing, with first move-ins scheduled to begin 06/15.
