We are moving to the South Bay at the end of June!

Our last Sichuan Kitchen Pop-up in Sonoma County will be at The Taste of Tea in Healdsburg next Monday at 4:30pm-8:00pm. 🎊🎉 Shredded Chicken Cold Noodles 🍝 is a popular summer dish in Sichuan province. Sichuan Hot Pot 🥘 is one of the most recognizable food icons in China. Meat, seafood, veggies, carbs are all cooked in a boiling pot filled with signature spicy broth and finished with a flavorful dipping sauce on side. There will be a vegetarian option too.

Our next pop-up will be at Drewish Deli in Healdsburg on Monday, June 8 at 4:30pm-7:30pm. The Meaty Tofu Soup is a regional specialty in Sichuan province where my dad was born and raised. The Shredded Chicken Cold Noodles is a summer favorite for locals in Chengdu. Come hungry to enjoy the bold Sichuan flavors!

Join me in this one-of-a-kind all-inclusive Chinese food tour in Sonoma county to unravel the mysteries and understand the behind-the-scene secrets of Chinese spices and cooking techniques. You will visit an Asian market and taste a chef selected list of delicious and authentic dishes at two local Chinese restaurants in Santa Rosa.
