There are times that Clients decide on cost vs. experience.
In this case study, Applied Advertising submitted a cost to install a large LV barricade in the heart of Beverly Hills, CA. In short, we were slightly higher, and customer choose cheaper.
Cheaper Result (Before): Barricade was installed incorrectly leaving massive wrinkles, crooked copy, Seams in banner panels.
Cost of Cheaper:
1. Applied Advertising resurveyed the barricade.
2. Client had to reprint entire graphic
3. Client had to pay AA to remove poorly installed graphic
4. AA had to install new graphic
5. Client lost credibility with attempt to install cheaper.
6. Client ended up paying 2x the amount instead of paying for expericance the first time.
Moral of the story: You get what you pay for. Shortcuts increase opportunity cost to an organization that gambles with a brands visual message.

Event: The First EVER Fortnite World Cup at Arthur Ashe Stadium (2019)

Task at hand: Survey, record and provide fabrication dimensions and instructions to our customer BLIK, and install the entire stadium in four days with a one day take down. Visual installation includes, Seating Banners, DJ booth Wraps, Wall build-outs.

Challenges: Timeline restrictions, logistics and coordination with hundred’s of trade workers, fabricate custom hardware, stretch material, attach all graphics with no penetrations, then returning stadium they way we found it. Never has this venue been transformed for such a groundbreaking event the way Applied Advertising executed our client’s requests.

Result: Flawless Fortnite Branding to be viewed by video and stands. Graphics completely transformed the look of the stadium into something powerful. In short, success, A very happy client. A place where a brand gets its message any place any surface.
