About Simon:
Simon has always been an entrepreneur at heart. While completing specialty training in endodontics, he also participated in the inaugural Credential of Business Readiness program at Harvard Business School.
As an endodontist turned leading commercial builder of dental and medical practices, turned multifamily developer, Simon brings extensive development and construction experience to the team. He began developing commercial real estate while still in business school, forming Beylin Builders. Beylin Builders is now recognized as a premier builder of dental, medical, and veterinary practices throughout New England. The success of Beylin Builders has led Simon to establish Beylin Development, a land development, residential development, and commercial ground-up development firm.
Simon’s goal with Beylin Development is to enable his colleagues to partner and invest in a life free of financial constraints through passive investments in multifamily and commercial real estate developments.
To date, Beylin Development has developed, redeveloped, and is in the process of developing over $85 million in commercial and multifamily real estate, with most of this being ground-up development.
Through his ventures, Simon has been able to support many non-profit organizations that provide much-needed medical and dental care to the needy.
