We had a great time working with the ladies of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association Orlando for our Golf Flexibility program taught by Laura Islas. Thank you to Nicola Martin de Stwolinska for all of her work to set this up, to the PGA TOUR Superstore for hosting us, and to everyone who participated. We look forward to offering the program again in the future!

Come join the fun! Get in shape and feel great working out with a friend or neighbor. Learn how to care for your body as God has designed in a positive, encouraging environment.

What it is:
Full educational and fitness program designed and taught by certified personal trainer. Strength training, cardiovascular training, plyometrics, balance training and flexibility training are all included in this fun-filled program.

What it includes:
Nine week program includes online educational program, nutrition education, t-shirt, program manual and ends with a celebration of our accomplishments.
