I love visiting the river near my house. It’s always a wonderful and eye opening escape from the modern world. I wholeheartedly believe that it doesn’t take much to reconnect with our natural environment and ground with our beloved Earth. Our culture has become so accustomed to living indoors and wonder why we’re depressed and longing for deeper connection. Nature. Get outside! Walk barefoot on the ground, swim in the lakes, rivers, and oceans. Breathe in fresh, clean air. We aren’t meant to live in boxes, while convenient as they are, we’re truly meant to live amongst the trees! 🌿💚
