BRAR’s 2026 Legislative Breakfast was held at The George Washington Hotel. BRAR members received a legislative update from the 2026 session and were informed of issues impacting real estate and housing. The breakfast ending with a Q & A with Senator Timmy French, Delegate Bill Wiley, Delegate Delores Oates and VAR VP of Government and Political Operations DJ Spiker.

Realtors who attended the class today, received 2 CE or PLE credit hours of related subject. Tiffany Braun and Anna Kundler enjoyed the class.
