With our last day approaching fast, we need your help reducing our inventory. Sauces, wine and local beer and cider (prices in comments)

CTY family, it has been a wild ride to say the least. From the early days with the Foodtruck to opening the HQ you have shown nothing but love and support every step of the way. It is that support that kept the passion and fire burning to come in and keep cooking. This is one of the hardest posts I have ever written. There have been many drafts, deletions, and changes. The restaurant industry is hard. More than half close in the first year. We have made it 3, with 2 of them being in the midst of a pandemic. I’m extremely proud of our team, our food and what we have accomplished.

With that being said, I am sorry to say that Friday, June 10th will be our last day. It is time to close this chapter and see what the next one holds. I am forever grateful.
