Placer County is asking for the public to weigh in on the proposed placement of SVP William Stephenson as a TRANSIENT. Evidently Liberty Healthcare couldn't find a property owner willing to rent their house to them. The CA Department of State Hospitals requested a gag order, which the judge denied. Please take a few minutes to weigh in. The judge will hear this case on Monday morning.
