BOl Report filing is new this year. Even if you made an LLC a few years ago that you do NOTHING with, you must file this report. You will be penalized $500 per day starting Jan 1st 2025

This report will require disclosure of detailed information about the owners who control the business, both directly and indirectly, along with specific entity details.

Deadlines to Remember:
Entities established before 2024: File by January 1, 2025.

Entities created in 2024: File within 90 days of formation.

Beginning April 16th if you’re not comfortable with filing your report our tax experts will be available to assist you( a fee will be required for this service)
