Inspected a 1 year old house last week. In the photos are wet stains on a block foundation in a garage. On the other side of the wall is the master bathroom tile shower. It appears the stains are likely from a leaking tile shower pan. I was doing an inspection for perspective buyers, but if the sellers did not sell this house within their builders one year warranty, they would have been on the hook for an expensive repair. Luckily the builder is doing the right thing and taking care of their customers. One year warranty inspections are money well spent.
