(5:30p Thurs) - Flooding concerns along the following roadways
Brackenville Road
Creek Road
Pennsylvania Avenue in Wilmington.
There's been 2-3" of rain in the past 75 minutes near Hockessin and Winterthur, stay off of roadways that typically flood.

Porter Road at Route 896, crash with injuries. Expect the roadway to be shut down with fire police dispatched.
