Yesterday, our TraPac Oakland team loaded a World Class Racing Yacht aboard the NYK Romulus. The mast was loaded first, followed by a flatrack holding the keel and boat cradle. The final lift was the yacht itslef, which was pre lashed with the straps locked into the pick points. Once raised from the water, the longshoremen were able to turn it athwartship and place it into the cradle for a successful operation.

Outstanding team work from both our TraPac and team for successfuly loading this intricate piece of Break Bulk without a hitch. It is now headed off to it’s new owner in the UK.
