Death Wolves

The Wilmington Oil Field is the third largest field in the contiguous United States with an ultimate recovery estimated at three billion barrels of oil. The city sits on the largest port in the U.S. and the second largest in the world. You would think by these benefits this would be a flourishing city. Wrong. This is the epitome of an under-resourced and neglected town. RCLA will plant a Gospel-Centered church here that will seek the welfare of this city.
