Project Update: Oak Island, NC
Big things are rising in Oak Island. This impressive multi-story storage development is continuing to take shape, spanning 80,000+ sq. ft. and featuring 500+ units to help meet the area’s growing storage demand.
With every level, the scale and vision of this project become even more impressive. From this view, you can really see the layout, craftsmanship, and momentum building on-site. The facility will also feature Galvalume 24-gauge standing seam roof panels rolled on-site, delivering a precise fit and long-term performance.
It’s exciting to watch another major project come to life—more updates coming soon.

Earlier this month, the ProSteel Buildings sales team came together in Wilmington, NC for our annual sales meeting to reflect on the past year, discuss upcoming projects and goals, and align on the opportunities ahead.
With team members joining from across the country, it was a great opportunity to collaborate, share ideas, and discuss trends shaping the future of pre-engineered metal buildings, multi-story self-storage, flex space, and more.
We also heard exciting updates from our Statesville Innovation Team, including advancements in our internal design and estimating platforms that continue to strengthen how we serve our clients.
