This 2” diameter hdpe pulley was done in one operation on our cnc lathe. It took me a while to figure out to get the programming dialed in so it would not break off.

We reversed engineered some drill press spindles or drill bit holders for one of our customers. These spindles come off of a 6 head drill press from the 1970’s. The third picture shows the old compared to the new. The new ones are not an exact copy since our customer had us make the end a little long to better hold the drill bit and so that the spindle will last longer. The old design did not leave enough metal between the drill bit hole in the bottom and the thin shaft. The customer was having issue with the spindles because they were breaking. The thin part of the spindle is designed to go into an arm on the machine. It has two spots for bearings and threads for a lock nut on top. The drill bit is held in place in the bottom by four set screws. @ Jt Manufacturing

We engineered and designed a reusable impact coating anvil for one of our customers. This little part managed to save our customer a $1000 a year. The old anvil was a solid piece that had to be replaced after a couple of tests. Our design allowed them to replace the steel ball, which cost a couple of pennies, instead of the entire part.
