The Meraki Project

The Meraki Project funding runs out June 15th in Williams.If anyone is aware of any grants or foundations let us know. Meraki project will still host events but we wont be renting the green building on the SCA propery after June 15th. We will keep everyone posted. Thank you Williams for the support the last 2 years . Teen circle, womens circle, mama circle, music circle, NA and AA ,sound healing , ecorecover groups . Private space , wonderful community workshops, Yoga classes , open mic, art shows, fall festival, health fair...it has been a good run! Weekly Narcotics Anonymous meetings are held every Wednesday in Williams. Welcome to all !

Every Thursday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm in Williams, Oregon. This event is open to everyone.

A 6-Week Nervous-System-Led Embodiment Series

If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, shut down or stuck in old patterns — even if you’ve done years of inner work and “know” your patterns — this space is for you.

UNSTUCK is a gentle, trauma-informed journey into safety, ease and aliveness in your body — because insight alone doesn’t always reach the nervous system.

In this series, you’ll learn how to:

• Feel safer inside yourself
• Release chronic tension and bracing
• Connect with authentic expression
• Work with your body — not against it
