We just left our cozy camping spot at and as always, I’m feeling connected and rejuvenated yet I still struggle with not overwhelming myself with my ‘to-do’ list at home.

Thing is, as productive as I try to be, as many things as I want to get done, I know that if I don’t rest and take time to get away from it all (social media, the business, planning for classes, etc.), I am LESS productive than I am with a break.

Where do you need a break? Where in your schedule can you PLAN for a break? For me, it’s taking class, getting the dogs out of the house, and making dinner with my fiancé. What about you? 🤍🌿
