🎉 Just like any major online booking system, once you complete your reservation and pay your deposit online, your order has been received! ✅

📧 You will receive an email confirmation with all of your booking details. There is no need to call or message asking if we received your order. If you received your confirmation, submitted your deposit you’re all set! 🙌

📲 We receive hundreds of messages, phone calls, and online bookings every week. Every extra “Did you get my booking?” message or phone call takes time away from helping customers who truly need assistance. And cleaning and preparing during the week.

👥 Please remember: We do not have a secretary or office staff. Our small team handles everything phone calls, texts, deliveries, setups, pickups, cleaning, repairs, and customer service. 💪

⏰ Please allow 24–48 hours for responses to non-urgent questions. Most information you need is already included in your confirmation email or on our website.

🚚 Please respect our delivery windows. We carefully plan our routes to make sure every customer is served on time.

🌱 Grass reminder: Yes, grass can die. ☀️💧 Heavy inflatables, heat, water, and lack of sunlight can affect natural grass. We do everything we can to minimize this, but it is a normal risk when placing inflatables on grass.
